Achieving this state was core to my own healing journey, and the deep listening required of personal attunement.

This attunement allows me to listen closely to a client, see them clearly, and identify what their need of the moment is.

I meet this clarity with the tools of renewal that I am certified in (CV here). All sessions gently guide oneself inward, to Saatva and the Coherence that is our resilient and deliciously embodied state.

Treatments are held at my in-town residential micro-retreat.
