…was birthed out of my own self care and the deep listening required of personal attunement.

This attunement allows me to listen freely, see clearly and identify what the client’s need of the moment is. Once this clarity is found, I employ the tools and resources I am certified in to meet it. At times, this includes referring my clients to other therapies outside of my practice.

My treatment is uniquely tailored to each persons need in the present moment in time. All are designed to gently guide oneself inward, to return to a place of ease and the coherence that is our resilient, natural and deliciously embodied state.
